Membership Payment and Refund Policy

The purpose of this policy is to clarify your position in relation to payments and refunds.

Membership terms.

Your membership commences as soon as your initial payment is processed.

Your membership will automatically renew on your annual renewal date until you cancel.

You authorise our payments processor to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every year until you cancel.

You will be sent renewal reminder emails at 30 days, 15 days and 7 days prior to automatic renewal. If you don’t want your membership to renew automatically, then you can cancel up to 6 days prior to renewal date.


Refund terms

New members - refund within first 7 days only.

Only applicable to new accounts and for the first 7 days.

Not applicable to existing recurring membership payments.

Not applicable to expired subscriptions.

Cancel after 7 days and you won't be charged again.

Once you cancel your membership, future payments will cease, and membership benefits will continue until completion of the membership period.

Partial refunds not available.

No refunds with annual subscription renewals

5 days prior to subscription renewal

cancellation within this period means membership will be renewed, and that membership benefits will continue until completion of the membership period.

Day 1 to Day 359 of membership period

can cancel at any time, membership benefits will continue until completion of the membership period.
